accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities including supplier invoices, payment schedules, customer balances and outstanding collections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory movements, wastage, stock variances and cost percentages to support effective cost control and profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Monitor daily sales, cash, bank, POS, delivery platform and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate reconciliation and timely resolution of discrepancies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and financial analysis while providing insights on revenue, expenses, gross profit and operational performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Maintain effective accounting controls and ensure compliance with company policies, tax requirements, audit procedures and relevant financial regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Supervise junior accountant and coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Store\/Outlet Managers to ensure smooth and accurate financial
