\u2022 Minimum 2 ~ 3 years of experience in merchandising, field sales, trade marketing, merchant operations, or similar field-based roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 At least 1 year of supervisory\/team leadership experience preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Experience in Mobile Financial Services, Fintech, Banking, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, or Distribution is an advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Able to communicate effectively with different types of merchants and agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Willing to travel within assigned territories when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Ensure MPay branding and POSM are properly displayed at assigned merchant and agent locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Merchandisers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Coordinate with Sales, Merchant Acquisition, Agent, Marketing, and Business Development teams for outlet requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Maintain accurate records of POSM received, distributed, installed, damaged, and remaining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Verify whether merchandising activities reported by field staff have actually been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Support merchant activation and campaign execution when required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Conduct regular field visits together with team members to check execution quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
