Job Description
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
• Monitor website performance, SEO, and online traffic metrics; recommend improvements to increase reach and conversions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform marketing strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar platforms.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to improve campaigns.
• Support the marketing team in brand building, campaign planning, and content strategy.
Job Specification
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Knowledge of video editing for digital content.
