Job Description

• Plan, schedule, and oversee production & packaging activities.

• Supervise packaging machinery operation and ensure smooth workflow.

• Maintain quality, hygiene, and food safety standards (GMP/HACCP).

• Manage and train production/packaging staff.

• Maintain accurate production records and report KPIs.

• Identify process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

• Coordinate with other departments (QA, warehouse, procurement).

Job Specification

• Diploma/BSc in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.

• 2-5 years in food processing or FMCG; supervisory experience preferred.

• Knowledge of packaging processes, equipment, and food safety standards.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Computer literate for reporting and record-keeping.

• Supervises: Packaging operators, helpers, line workers.

• Key Metries: Production output, packaging yield, defect rate, line efficiency, safety compliance, team productivity.
