Job Description

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of boilers, dryers, retorts, compressors, pumps and utility systems.

• Good leadership, planning and team management skills.

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety and Occupational Safety requirements.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and reporting abilities.

Job Specification

• Plan, organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Ensure reliable operation of boilers, dryers, retorts, utilities and production equipment.

• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.

• Supervise and develop technicians to improve team performance.

• Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance costs.

• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, HACCP and company procedures.

• Prepare maintenance reports and drive continuous improvement projects.
