Job Description

• Document Collection & Verification: Manage and verify user KYC and pension documentation for onboarding accuracy.

• Coordination with MMM Officials: Serve as the focal person between Mpay and MMM for pension onboarding, approvals, and data handover.

• Relationship with MEB Banks: Maintain strong communication with Myanmar Economic Bank branches to facilitate pension disbursement alignment and account verification.

• Agent Coordination: Work closely with the Agent Team to meet user onboarding KPIs; provide guidance and monitoring for field execution.

• Support the development, review, and implementation of onboarding SOPs, guidelines, and controls.

• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly onboarding progress reports, highlighting challenges, resolutions, and field feedback.

• Training & Awareness: Support field sessions or communication programs for agents and users on pension procedures.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-wallet, pension service, or financial operations.

• Strong understanding of user onboarding processes, customer journey, and operational workflows.

• Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• High level of integrity and accountability.
