Job Description
Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and documentation control.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Support office operations such as meeting arrangements, travel coordination, and office scheduling.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and administrative records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on administrative matters.
Ensure compliance with administrative procedures, policies, and confidentiality requirements.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (physical and electronic).
Job Specification
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles preferred.
Good knowledge of office administration processes and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Professional attitude with a strong sense of confidentiality.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
