Job Description
• Supervise and coordinate daily administrative activities and office operations.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with company administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external parties.
• Prepare administrative reports, budgets, and expense tracking for management review.
• Support HR, finance, and other departments on administrative and logistical matters.
• Handle administrative issues, complaints, and operational improvements.
Job Specification
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration or office operations.
• Strong knowledge of office administration, facilities management, and general services.
• Good leadership, supervision, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
