Job Description

• Lead and carry out fertilizer production operations in accordance with SOPs and production plans.

• Supervise and perform key production processes including mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening, and packing.

• Monitor and control production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Control of raw material usage, production yield, and waste to improve efficiency.

• Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure fertilizer products meet quality and nutrient specifications.

• Ensure strict compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.

• Identify production issues, process deviations, and report them promptly to the Production Supervisor or Manager.

Job Specification

• Minimum any graduate.

• Minimum 3–5 years of production experience in fertilizer, chemical, or manufacturing industries.

• Strong knowledge of fertilizer production processes (blending, granulation, drying, and packing).

• Ability to prepare production reports and perform basic data analysis.

• Leadership and team coordination skills.

• High level of responsibility, discipline, and safety awareness.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
