Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with company policies.

• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities, performance management processes, and training programs.

• Calculate in payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, leave administration, and benefits management.

• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflict resolution.

• Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and support HR projects and organizational development initiatives.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree and Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a corporate or multi-site environment.

• Strong knowledge of payroll, recruitment, labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
