Job Description

• Handle daily cash transactions including sales, refunds, and change issuance accurately.

• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to process customer payments efficiently.

• Issue receipts, maintain billing records, and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.

• Reconcile daily cash collections and report discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during checkout process.

• Ensure proper handling of cash, digital payments, and other payment methods securely.

• Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth billing operations and reduce customer waiting time.

Job Specification

• Matriculation Pass or Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 1 year experience as a cashier or in retail/customer service role preferred.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.

• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy with handling cash transactions.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and peak business hours when required.
