Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 2 ~ 3 years of experience in merchandising, field sales, trade marketing, merchant operations, or similar field-based roles.

• At least 1 year of supervisory/team leadership experience preferred.

• Experience in Mobile Financial Services, Fintech, Banking, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, or Distribution is an advantage.

• Able to communicate effectively with different types of merchants and agents.

• Willing to travel within assigned territories when required.

Job Specification

• Ensure MPay branding and POSM are properly displayed at assigned merchant and agent locations.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Merchandisers.

• Coordinate with Sales, Merchant Acquisition, Agent, Marketing, and Business Development teams for outlet requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of POSM received, distributed, installed, damaged, and remaining.

• Verify whether merchandising activities reported by field staff have actually been completed.

• Support merchant activation and campaign execution when required.

• Conduct regular field visits together with team members to check execution quality.
