Job Description
• Bachelor’ s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management or a related field. A professional qualification in Administration or Management is an advantage.
• At least 5~7 years of experience in Administration with 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial position. Experience managing multiple branches or regional offices is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of branch administration, office management, facility management, transportation, accommodation, security and general administrative operations.
• Good understanding of administrative budgeting, expense control, cost optimization, procurement coordination and budget monitoring.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, coach and evaluate Regional Admin teams across different locations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management, regional teams, suppliers and cross-functional departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint with strong reporting and data analysis skills. Willingness to travel to regional offices as required.
Job Specification
• Manage, supervise, and provide guidance to Regional Admin teams to ensure smooth and effective administrative operations across all branches and regional offices.
• Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across regional offices.
• Coordinate with Regional Admin teams and relevant departments regarding office facilities, accommodation, transportation, utilities, security and general administrative matters.
• Prepare and monitor regional administrative budgets, control operating expenses and ensure administrative costs are managed within approved budgets.
• Oversee the management of regional office facilities, company properties, equipment, vehicles and other administrative assets, ensuring proper utilization and maintenance.
• Establish regular reporting systems for Regional Admin teams: review administrative performance, identify operational issues and provide recommendations to management.
• Lead, coach and evaluate Regional Admin staff while promptly resolving administrative issues and ensuring effective coordination between Head Office and regional locations.
