Job Description
• Manage daily office administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents, files, and records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (suppliers, customers, service providers).
• Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
• Support management and department heads with administrative tasks.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
Job Specification
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Experience in corporate, manufacturing, or trading environments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
• Ability to prepare reports, letters, and official documents.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• High level of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality.
