Job Description

• Oversee overall outlet sales performance, drive upselling initiatives, and actively promote campaigns to maximize revenue.

• Handle supplier receiving, verify incoming stock, and manage overall inventory levels to ensure product availability.

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring attractive product displays that align with brand guidelines.

• Manage bar code printing, update price labels accurately, and ensure all display signage and promotional labels are correctly printed and positioned.

• Maintain overall facility standards (cleanliness, safety, and organization) while supervising, motivating, and guiding the floor staff.

Job Specification

• Strong ability to manage, motivate, and develop a retail team.

• Analyzing sales data, managing inventory levels, and solving operational issues.

• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills to handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Quickly learning and deeply understand product offerings to support team training and customer upselling.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a retail environment.

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) and inventory systems.
