Job Description
• Plan and coordinate the entire production process from concept to final output.
• Supervise production staff, crew, or team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., creative, technical, logistics) and external vendors or partners.
• Prepare production reports, documentation, and post-production summaries.
• Ensure compliance with safety, copyright, and regulatory requirements during production.
• Support continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
Job Specification
• Bachelor’s degree in production, Media, Film, Communication, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production, media, manufacturing, or project-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, techniques, and equipment.
• Good leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software or tools (e.g., production management software, scheduling tools).
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and regulatory standards in production.
