Job Description

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and service activities.

• Lead, schedule, and assign duties to service staff.

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

• Train, guide, and evaluate restaurant staff.

• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and service targets.

Job Specification

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Responsible, reliable, and detail oriented.
