Job Description

• Design and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test frameworks

• Lead end-to-end testing for fintech products and payment systems

• Perform Functional testing, Integration testing, API testing, Regression testing, Performance testing, and Security validation coordination

• Review business requirements and technical specifications

• Mentor junior QA engineers and review testing artifacts

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Operation teams

• Track release quality metrics and testing coverage

• Support Cl/CD pipeline integration for automated testing

• Ensure compliance with fintech security and regulatory standards.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of software QA experience

• 2+ years in fintech, banking, or payment systems

• Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, API testing, Database validation, Microservices architecture

• Experience in automation testing frameworks (Optional)

• Strong debugging and analytical skills.

• Experience managing defect lifecycle and release quality.
