Job Description
• Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies for agrochemicals products.
• Ensure alignment with the company’s overall business objectives and agricultural industry trends portfolio.
• Help define key messaging, value propositions, and brand positioning for specific products within the agrochemical.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as product brochures, advertisements, digital content, and promotional materials
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing feedback and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with product offerings and target audiences (farmers, agronomists, distributors).
• Assist in organizing product promotions, field demonstrations, and industry events (e.g., agricultural trade shows, webinars, and product exhibitions).
• Support the creation of promotional materials and event-specific campaigns aimed at driving product adoption and educating stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sales teams and distributors to ensure effective execution of promotional activities.
• Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
• Analyze feedback from farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders to improve product messaging and branding.
• Track industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure marketing strategies are relevant and compliant.
• Work closely with sales, products, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with product offerings and customer needs.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners (e.g., creative agencies, media partners) to execute campaigns effectively.
• Provide administrative support for the marketing team, including budget tracking, project timelines, and reporting.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales performance.
• Prepare monthly or quarterly reports on campaign performance and brand health metrics, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job Specification
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Maximum 3 years of experience in marketing execution, retail promotions, or brand support roles.
• Hands-on experience setting up marketing campaigns, product promotions, and event activations.
• Ability to assist in brand development and translate marketing plans into standard operating procedures.
• Skilled in gathering customer feedback, analyzing market trends, and monitoring competitor activities.
• Proficient in tracking campaign results and preparing clear performance reports for management.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
