\u2022 Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and warehouse performance metrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Conduct and oversee cycle counts, stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Manage, mentor, and train warehouse staff, including Warehouse Supervisors and operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Optimize warehouse layout, storage space, and material handling processes to improve efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Prepare, analyze, and submit regular warehouse reports (stock balances, inbound\/outbound, variance reports, KPIs) to senior management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Minimum 5\u20138 years of warehouse, inventory, or store management experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Experience in manufacturing, trading, FMCG, chemical, or fertilizer warehouses is an advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse reporting tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Strong understanding of warehouse safety, material handling, and storage optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Excellent leadership and team management skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
