\u2022 Manage all vehicle-related licenses, registration renewals, and insurance documentation, ensuring compliance with local transport regulations (e.g., Road Transport Administration Department).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Schedule preventative maintenance, repairs, MOTs, and repairs for fleet vehicles, ensuring minimal downtime. Maintain comprehensive, accurate databases and hard copy files for vehicle inventory, fuel consumption, driver records, and accident reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Monitor fuel usage reports and manage fuel card administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Prepare and submit monthly reports on fleet spending, vehicle utilization, and KPIs to the Fleet Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Liaise with vendors for vehicle servicing, parts purchasing, and vehicle hire\/disposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Organize vehicle collections, deliveries, and pool car usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
