\u2022 Provide critical support to the registration of Marlarmyaing Agrochemical products in Myanmar in close cooperation with oversea manufacturers\/suppliers in the preparation and checking of technical dossier, registration documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Ensure timely & correct registration of new Crop Protection, Pest Control and Non-Crop products with the relevant authorities in Myanmar\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Support the sales support activities (product launch activities, distributor technical training etc.) to enhance customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Support Marlarmyaing Agrochemical and its customers to obtain the necessary licenses to operate (Product registrations, Operations Licenses, Import Permits etc.) to market the crop protection products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Provide critical support to partner companies in the implementation of country field development knowledge generation work both for new & existing compounds which is required for the establishment of good agricultural practice (GAP) & product registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Provide regulatory compliance with Marlarmyaing Agrochemical business units (distributor change, label approval and so on).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Ensure that field development trials & other related activities (importation of samples, etc.) are covered by appropriate permits issued by the regulators in coordination with manufacturers and suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Ensure field development activities comply with different compliance policies before being implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Ensure proper maintenance data confidentiality of all registrations data and files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree (prefer master\u2019s degree) in Agriculture with relevant experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 At least 5 years\u2019 experience in Research and Development of Agrochemical in Myanmar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 At Least 5 years\u2019 experience in a technical development position in agricultural pesticides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Strong technical skills (Agriculture science \u2013 Entomology\/Plant Pathology to able to monitor field development programs and knowledge of field trial work).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Experience in performing biological efficacy and registration trials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Authorization to conduct & report on technical & registration Trials according to the Ministry of Agriculture\u2019s regulation (if applicable).\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Excellent Network in Authorities, Government structures, Research institutes, Advisors, etc.\u202fGood understanding of registration & regulatory affairs environment in Myanmar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Experience with product presentations, customers training and technical evaluations.\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Think strategically about research, registration and its linkage with business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
