\u2022 Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions on communication, leadership, teamwork, customer service, productivity, and other soft skill topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Coordinate with subject matter experts and department heads to organize technical training related to agricultural products, sales operations, compliance, and business processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, participant feedback, learning evaluations, and post-training follow-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Maintain training records, training calendars, competency matrices, attendance reports, and learning management documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Support the implementation of talent development, succession planning, onboarding, and employee capability-building initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Minimum 1\u20132 years of experience in Training & Development or Corporate Training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to develop engaging training materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Good command of English and Myanmar languages, both written and spoken, with strong report-writing and documentation skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
