\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication or a related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Motion Graphic Designer and preferably with experience in TV, broadcasting, media, or production companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Strong understanding of motion graphics, 2D animation, typography, visual effects, compositing and video production workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to develop original and visually compelling design ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with Producers, Directors, Editors and other Production Teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and respond positively to creative feedback and revisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Create engaging motion graphics, animations and visual effects for TV programs, shows, promos and on-air content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Design program openers, closers, bumpers, transitions, lower thirds, titles and other broadcast graphics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Collaborate with Producers, Directors, Editors and Content Teams to develop creative visual concepts based on program requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Create visually appealing graphics and animations that align with the TV channel\u2019s brand identity and program themes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Develop promotional video graphics and digital content for social media and other online platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality motion graphics within established production schedules and deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Keep up-to-date with current motion design trends, animation techniques, and visual effects to continuously improve the channel\u2019s creative quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
