\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with relevant experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 At least 5 Years experience in Research and Development of Agrochemical in Myanmar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Experience in performing biological efficacy and registration trials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Authorization to conduct & Report on technical & registration trials according to the Ministry of Agriculture regulation (if applicable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Basic computer skill is required and preferable in statical skill and experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Experience with product presentations, customers training and technical evaluations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Able to work in field research farms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Develop and Implement training programs to keep the technical team updated on product knowledge, application techniques and best practices in customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Cultivate a high-performance culture, set clear objectives, conduct performance review and support continuous professional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Responsibilities on overall management of research farm for trial implementation of trail crop planting, labor management and trail data accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Plan the budget and timeline for all number of trials in a year align with the decision of department and R&D sample availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Prepare to be ready all necessary technical documents (Product information, protocols, data sheet, product samples and required materials and so on) align with the technical guideline before implementation of the trials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Collaborate with the respective product development managers to incorporate feedback from farmers and field observations to improve existing products or guide the creation of new solutions<\/p>\n\n\n\n
