\u2022 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite and other digital marketing platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Excellent understanding of social media trends, digital consumer behavior, music\/entertainment marketing and online audience engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Actively check social media trends across platforms like TikTok and Instagram and initiate engaging public campaigns such as dance or singing challenges around newly released tracks to drive organic traction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Plan, schedule and publish daily content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram) aligned with music releases and marketing campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Collaborate with the Operations and Business Development teams to spotlight newly onboarded artists, album releases, and exclusive content deals through creative social media assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Monitor social channels, respond to user comments, foster a vibrant music-loving community and encourage user participation in platform challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Create engaging short-form videos, reels, graphics and promotional snippets (e.g., lyric cards, artist teasers, challenge demonstration videos) in collaboration with graphic team to hook listeners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
