Job Description
• Supervise recruitment and selection processes, including manpower planning, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.
• Manage employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
• Oversee office administration, facilities management, and general services.
• Supervise administrative staff and ensure daily admin tasks are completed efficiently.
• Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor/service provider coordination.
Job Specification
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and Administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems is an advantage.
• Professional attitude with strong ethical standards.
• Good leadership, supervisory, and team management skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
