Job Description

• Support the establishment and enforcement of PMO standards, methodologies, policies, and best practices.

• Monitor and track project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with project managers, department heads, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.

• Identify project risks, issues, and deviations, and support corrective action planning.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance requirements, and audit standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the PMO Manager or senior management.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or PMO-related roles.

• Experience managing or supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).

• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and dashboards.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Leadership potential with the ability to influence without direct authority.
