Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the merchandising team.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and buyers.

• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.

• Build partnerships to generate new business leads.

• Supervise and guide Sales Officers / Merchandisers.

• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, purchase orders, and supplier performance.

• Monitor KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Institutions.

• Knowledge of merchandising principles, inventory management, and procurement processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.

• Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk control.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
