Job Description

• Provide day-to-day operational support to agents and resolve routine operational issues.

• Assist agents with system usage, process clarification, and documentation requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments to address agent-related operational matters.

• Monitor agent activities and ensure compliance with operational guidelines and SOPs.

• Support agent onboarding activities, including documentation collection and system setup.

• Handle agent inquiries, requests, and basic escalations in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of agent data, activities, and operational reports.

Job Specification

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operations support, agent support, or administrative roles.

• Basic understanding of operational processes and support functions.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word).

Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
