• Greet and assist customers in selecting organic fruits and vegetables.

• Promote seasonal products and special offers.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Monitor product freshness and remove damaged or expired items.

• Arrange displays to ensure attractive and organized presentation.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.

Job Specification

• High School Diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).

• 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, grocery store, supermarket, or fresh produce shop.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of organic products and fresh produce handling.

• Honest and trustworthy.

• Store Cleanliness & Display Standards.

• Physically fit (ability to lift and arrange products).
