Job Description

• Operate fertilizer production processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Handle and use raw materials (such as urea, phosphate, potash, etc.) according to specified formulations.

• Perform production activities including mixing, granulation, drying, screening, and packing.

• Operate production machinery and equipment properly and safely.

• Monitor machine performance and production parameters and report abnormalities to the Supervisor.

• Record production data, including output, raw material usage, and waste.

• Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure products meet quality standards.

Job Specification

• Minimum high school graduates.

• Experience in fertilizer, chemical, or manufacturing plants is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates may be considered and trained, depending on company policy.

• Ability to operate production machinery and equipment.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.

• Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.

• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment.
