Job Description

• Deliver food, dishes and beverages from the kitchen and bar to the correct guest tables accurately and promptly.

• Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables after guests leave; clean, sanitize, and reset tables for the next guests.

• Work closely with Waitstaff and Kitchen Crew to ensure smooth communication and assist them during peak service hours.

• Keep the food pass counter, dining area, and service stations clean, organized, and properly always stocked.

• Respond quickly to basic guest requests, such as providing extra napkins, condiments, utensils, or water, with a polite attitude.

• Ensure all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., sauces, straws, tissues, and polished cutlery) before and after shifts.

• Strictly follow the restaurant’s hygiene standards, food safety guidelines, and workplace safety protocols.

Job Specification

• High school or equivalent certificate. Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant is preferred, but passionate freshers with a strong willingness to learn are highly welcome.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, move quickly, and safely lift and carry heavy trays and plates.

• Ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Good interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor; must be a supportive team player.

• Must maintain excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards. Honest, hardworking, and reliable.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, according to shift schedules. Punctuality is a must.

• Ability to handle minor workplace challenges or guest requests calmly and professionally.
