Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with relevant experience.

• At least 5 Years experience in Research and Development of Agrochemical in Myanmar.

• Experience in performing biological efficacy and registration trials.

• Authorization to conduct & Report on technical & registration trials according to the Ministry of Agriculture regulation (if applicable).

• Basic computer skill is required and preferable in statical skill and experience.

• Experience with product presentations, customers training and technical evaluations.

• Able to work in field research farms.

Job Specification

• Develop and Implement training programs to keep the technical team updated on product knowledge, application techniques and best practices in customer service.

• Cultivate a high-performance culture, set clear objectives, conduct performance review and support continuous professional development.

• Responsibilities on overall management of research farm for trial implementation of trail crop planting, labor management and trail data accuracy.

• Plan the budget and timeline for all number of trials in a year align with the decision of department and R&D sample availability.

• Prepare to be ready all necessary technical documents (Product information, protocols, data sheet, product samples and required materials and so on) align with the technical guideline before implementation of the trials.

• Collaborate with the respective product development managers to incorporate feedback from farmers and field observations to improve existing products or guide the creation of new solutions

• Provide pilot trials and product testing in real world farming environments, ensuring the effectiveness of agrochemical products.
