Job Description

• Supervise and oversee daily fertilizer production operations in accordance with production schedules.

• Monitor raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Lead and guide production team members, assigning tasks and evaluating performance.

• Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure equipment functionality.

• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products in coordination with warehouse staff.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and control production costs.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fertilizer or chemical production operations.

• Strong knowledge of fertilizer production processes and related equipment.

• Understanding of industrial safety, environmental compliance, and chemical handling procedures.

• Competency in production reporting, documentation, and basic computer usage (MS Office).

• Familiarity with production machinery and preventive maintenance practices is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
