Job Description

• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty beverages in accordance with company standards.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.

• Supervise and support junior baristas and service staff.

• Train new staff on beverage preparation and service standards.

• Assist in developing seasonal or signature beverage menus.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Handle customer feedback related to beverages professionally.

Job Specification

• High school completion is preferred.

• Minimum 2–3 years of barista experience in a restaurant or hotel environment.

• Strong beverage presentation skills.

• Leadership and team supervision abilities.

• Inventory management and stock control knowledge.

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant setting.

• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
