Job Description

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.

• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and company policies.

• Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and warehouse performance metrics.

• Conduct and oversee cycle counts, stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies.

• Manage, mentor, and train warehouse staff, including Warehouse Supervisors and operators.

• Optimize warehouse layout, storage space, and material handling processes to improve efficiency.

• Prepare, analyze, and submit regular warehouse reports (stock balances, inbound/outbound, variance reports, KPIs) to senior management.

Job Specification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum 5–8 years of warehouse, inventory, or store management experience.

• Experience in manufacturing, trading, FMCG, chemical, or fertilizer warehouses is an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse reporting tools.

• Strong understanding of warehouse safety, material handling, and storage optimization.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• High sense of responsibility, discipline, and integrity.
